The product

The New Entrant Safety Audit is a digital publication delivered as a PDF file and an EPUB file, sold by New Entrant Press (“we”, “us”). The current version is 1.0, built on 15 September 2026. The price is $49 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.

License

Each purchase licenses one copy to one motor carrier. You may print the book and give copies to your own drivers and staff. You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, upload it to a shared or public location, or distribute it to other carriers. All rights are reserved by New Entrant Press.

Delivery

After payment, download links for both formats are shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. The links are valid for 7 days and each format may be downloaded up to 10 times. If you lose the links or they expire, write to support@entrantpub.com from the address you paid with and we will issue a fresh one.

No affiliation

This book is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the United States Department of Transportation, or any state agency. Form numbers and regulation citations are used to identify public documents and rules.

Not legal advice, and no outcome is promised

This book is a description of published federal regulations and what records they call for. It is not legal advice and buying it does not create a professional relationship. It does not promise that you will pass a safety audit. Whether your records satisfy a requirement is determined by an auditor looking at your records. Regulations change; confirm any section at ecfr.gov before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the sale or use of the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.
