What we collect

When you buy the book, Stripe collects your email address, your card details, and, where required for tax purposes, your billing country or postal code. We receive your email address and a record of the payment. We never see your full card number.

What we do with it

We use your email address to send the download link and to answer support requests. We do not sell it, and we do not add it to a marketing list unless you ask us to. Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe’s checkout page sets the cookies it needs to process the payment and prevent fraud; see Stripe’s privacy policy for details.

Retention

Payment records are kept in Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep. Write to support@entrantpub.com.
