Refund policy

We would rather you did not buy a book that is not for you than refund one that is. The questions section and the “who it is for” box on the home page say plainly who the book is written for and what it does not contain. Please read them before you pay.

When we refund

If the file is corrupt, will not open, or is not what the site describes, write to support@entrantpub.com within 14 days of purchase from the email address you paid with, and we will either fix the delivery or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

When we do not

Because the book is a digital file that cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase because the operation it describes turned out not to be yours, because you expected forms or templates, or because an audit did not go the way you hoped. Those exclusions are stated before checkout, on this site and on the second page of the book.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please write to us before opening a dispute with your card issuer. We answer every message.
